Have you been interested in learning about the healing benefits of Tai Chi and how it can help calm the body and mind during these stressful times? Tai Chi is an internal practice of marital arts that is often referred to as "meditation in motion" as it is practiced for defense, health benefits, and meditation. Tai Chi is a life-long practice for people of all ages to help with flexibility, balance, and maintaining one's strength through aging.
This form of martial arts can be practiced daily and over-time studies have shown similar benefits of resistance training, faster recovery from injury and joint pain, and stronger immune system. From a spiritual perspective, tai chi is an art that balances physical movement with inner tranquility and peace, a balance of ying and yang.
At the same time, Tai Chi is a practice that has different meanings to everyone. Whether you are looking to balance your mind, strengthen your immune system or recover from an injury, Tai Chi is a beneficial healing practice for everyone.
