Cancellation Policy

ALL PAID SERVICES listed will require a down deposit that will be counted towards the expenses of the service provided at the time of completion. Please note that once a down deposit is placed for a service it is non-refundable. Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved that time slot exclusively for you. At Panthers' Gate, we understand that there are times where schedule adjustments are necessary and therefore respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice for rescheduling of appointments. If you need to reschedule your appointment and do so with at least a 24 hour notice your down deposit will still be credited towards your selected service at time of completion. Failure to do so will result in your deposited being forfeited.
